THE DEFACED Prepare To Record Sophomore CD

Sweden's THE DEFACED, featuring DARKANE guitarist Klas Ideberg and SOILWORK drummer Henry Ranta, have completed the pre-production process for their sophomore effort and will enter the studio in early August to begin recording the album for a late 2002/early 2003 release through Italy's Scarlet Records. According to the group's official web site, "the [new] material seems very impressive indeed. More grooves and melodies have been added to the sound as a natural progression from Domination Commence. And this without compromising roughness and attitude."
